Health guarantee:

We ensure that your puppy will have all vaccinations up to date at the time of purchase. It is important that you keep your puppy vaccinated, and have your vet examine your puppy within 72 hrs of receiving your puppy. If your choose not to do this our guarantee is VOID. If your puppy has a genetic life threatening illness (example heart disease, liver or kidney failure), this doesn’t include dental work; we will replace your puppy within twelve months. The puppy will be replaced with a puppy of our choice that is the same breed. We do not give cash refunds. Once a deposit is made on a dog it will not be returned, so be sure you want the puppy you choose.

Puppies are extremely susceptible to infections due to cold drafts and stress. Do not take your puppy into a public place unless absolutely necessary, until the pup has had all its vaccinations, (as recommended by your vet), to ensure immunity against disease.

If there is a problem with your puppy, please contact us immediately, we require a veterinarians certificate detailing the health problems. Our health guarantee is only valid to the original owner of the puppy and all vaccinations must be shown to be up to date. All vet and shipping fees incurred by the owner are the sole responsibility of the owner, we only replace the dog. No guarantees are made regarding weight or color. Weight charts are available on line.

IF the purchaser uses the dog for breeding purposes, this guarantee is null and void.

Most of our puppies are small, and need more attention when they are young, all and any of our puppies are welcome to come home, if at any time you are not able to keep your dog, and we will endeavour to find it a new home.
